Service Description
Most of us carry the week in our shoulders — hours at a desk, a screen, a steering wheel. Shoulder Tuesdays is where that tension gets addressed. Every Tuesday, we work through the anatomy of the upper body — shoulders, arms, mid-back, and neck — with targeted yoga sequences designed by Raj, an RYT-certified teacher trained under the late Sharath Jois in Mysuru and in Rishikesh. This isn't generic stretching. Each class uses breath, intelligent alignment, and anatomy-informed cues to build genuine strength and mobility in the shoulder girdle — safely, progressively, and in a way that lasts. What to expect: • Targeted shoulder and upper back sequences with clear verbal guidance • Breath-led movement — every transition is supported by Pranayama • Props encouraged — blocks, blankets, and straps are part of the practice, not a shortcut • Modifications offered throughout — suitable for all levels including beginners and those returning from injury • 1 hour live via Microsoft Teams. Recording included. Ideal for anyone with desk posture, neck tension, shoulder stiffness, or a history of upper body injury. Note: No classes June 15–19, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment. • Class passes are valid for 3 months from purchase date. • Plan A - Each session costs $10 and is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. If you do not begin using the pass immediately after purchase, it remains valid for up to 3 months. • Plan B - Monthly unlimited pass grants unlimited classes for one month. The pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Once you begin using the pass, it must be used within the same calendar month. If the pass is not activated immediately, you have up to 3 months to begin using it. • Please book classes 24 hours before for the start time. • Class bookings can be canceled or rescheduled through the member app or contact us at least 24 hours prior to the class. • Manage your class bookings by becoming a site member or through mobile app. • We are here to help you so do not hesitate to contact me!
